HOW TO USE

As a guide, use about ¼ teaspoon of Unblock Screen for your face and another ¼ teaspoon for your neck and chest.
The pump doesn’t measure an exact dose, so don’t assume one pump is enough. Apply after or in lieu of moisturizer and before makeup, and let it settle for at least 30 seconds. Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply at least every two hours.

A SKINSCREEN is the perfect combination of skincare and sunscreen – with hydrating ingredients that are just as potent as their SPF counterparts. You can use them solo, or layered with your other skin staples like serums, moisturizer, and foundation for an extra punch of hydration. All of our products are purposely designed to work for the good of your skin, both in the short and long term.

Just like with all sunscreen products and brands, to ensure you’re properly protected and getting the full SPF rating listed on the bottle, you’ll need to reapply every 2 hours if you’re in direct sunlight.

Almost all of our SKINSCREENS are vegan! The only exceptions are Sheen Screen and Vibrant Screen which contain lanolin and beeswax.

Vibrant Screen SPF 50 is 80 minutes water/sweat resistant and is designed for the face and body! 

No. “72-hour hydration” refers to moisture, not 72 hours of sun protection. Reapply sunscreen at least every two hours, even if your skin still feels hydrated.

No. Bemotrizinol (BEMT) is an organic (chemical) sunscreen filter. Unblock Screen SPF 50 combines BEMT with mineral zinc oxide, making it a hybrid sunscreen ideal for breakout-prone skin, with an airy texture and soft-matte finish.

Unblock Screen SPF 50 is a fragrance-free, airy sunscreen designed for oily, combination and breakout-prone skin. It helps reduce the look of shine while delivering balanced hydration and a soft-matte finish. Clinically and dermatologically tested to be non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic, it’s also suitable for sensitive skin. However, individual results vary, and breakouts can still occur.

Clinically tested results: In a dermatologist-supervised 28-day study of 21 people, including those with oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin:
+ 95% experienced a reduction in non-inflammatory blemishes.
+ Up to 60% fewer non-inflammatory blemishes and up to 65% fewer blackheads, based on average reductions observed in the study group.

However, its fragrance-free, soft-matte formula is clinically tested to be non-comedogenic and non-acnegenic, meaning it’s designed not to clog pores or contribute to acne. It’s ideal for oily, congested and breakout-prone skin, helping keep shine in check without compromising on hydration.

Unblock Screen SPF 50 may leave a white cast, and as an SPF brand, we believe in being transparent about the limitations of mineral sunscreens. Zinc oxide is naturally white, which is why we won’t claim our zinc-based formulas are completely invisible on every skin tone.

We work hard to make our formulas as inclusive as possible, using a subtle tint and iron oxides to help minimise the appearance of white cast across a range of skin tones. If you can, we recommend trying Unblock Screen on your skin to see how the tint and finish work for you.
